Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment schedules, will be agreed upon before work begins. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though agreed-upon prices for specific projects will be honored. We accept various payment methods as specified during consultation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements, body specifications, and fit preferences
• Attending all scheduled fittings and consultations punctually
• Providing clear instructions and preferences for the work to be performed
• Paying for services according to agreed-upon terms and schedules
• Picking up completed work within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days of completion notification)
• Informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements
• Ensuring garments provided for repair or alteration are in the condition described

5. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Providing professional quality workmanship that meets industry standards
• Completing work within agreed timeframes when possible (subject to material availability and complexity)
• Treating all garments with the utmost care and respect
• Maintaining customer confidentiality and privacy
• Communicating clearly about project progress, timelines, and any issues that arise
• Using quality materials and techniques appropriate for each project
• Standing behind our workmanship and addressing legitimate concerns

6. Garment Care and Liability

While we take every precaution to protect garments in our care, we are not liable for damage that occurs due to:

• Pre-existing conditions, fabric deterioration, or hidden defects not apparent upon initial inspection
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, theft, or acts of God
• Damage caused by improper care instructions provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear that may become apparent during the tailoring or repair process

We maintain appropriate insurance for items in our care. Customers are encouraged to insure valuable garments independently.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies will be discussed and agreed upon during consultation. Generally:

• Cancellations before work begins may be subject to a consultation fee
• Cancellations after work has commenced will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on work completed, materials used, and time invested
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work and materials ordered

8. Intellectual Property
